• Hot Crab Dip

I made this for my Super Bowl party today, how delicious!

    Ingredients:
    • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
    • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (I used aioli, but whatever you have on hand is fine)
    • 2 cups shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend, but just cheddar is fine, or even pepper jack for some extra kick)
    • 12 ounces of crab meat (I used two 6 ounce cans)
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (I used a packet of True Lemon and 1 1/2 Tbs of water)
    • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (I used some sauce from Nandos, yum!)
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • red pepper flakes (to taste)
    • minced garlic (to taste)
    • paprika, for garnish (sprinkle it all over the top)
    Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Mix everything in either a large casserole or baking dish, and then garnish with the paprika.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven for about half an hour, or until golden brown and bubbly.
This dip is delicious with crackers, chips, bread, panetini...
