Take your standard Pop Tart, and make it into something more - peanut butter and jelly or marshmallow fluff may sound OK, but what about Pop Tart sushi (made with fruit roll ups) or ants on a log (celery and all)?

Hiking the Appalachian Trail is something which I've been wanting to do for a few years. I'm nowhere near as shape as I would need to be to complete the almost 2200 mile trail, but it's a goal that I'd like to work on one day. If a blind guy can do it, what excuse are the rest of us using?
