I bought something which was in a bubble, hard-to-open wrap. After working on it for 15 minutes, I got it open. Well, some parts were missing, so I took it back. The cretin they had working behind the counter told me they couldn't take it back because it was open. I asked him, "How could I know if all the parts were there if I didn't open it?" The house has taken on a whole different kind of quiet----the 2 teens are gone for a week with their aunt and uncle to another state to visit relatives of my former husband.
