I'm more of a tea than coffee drinker, but I make the occasional exception for some of the seasonal flavored lattes. One such exception is Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice Latte - you don't even want to know how many Calories are in just the "tall" version (which I'm learning is a "small", though "short" seems to be more appropriate), but for a once a year treat it was oh so worth it, this morning!

Later, while perusing the tea section of my local grocery store, I came across an organic Rooibos version of the drink which I just had to try (Rooibos has even more antioxidants than green tea!). Although the tin was a challenge to open, the tea smells wonderful, add a bit of milk, and you have a very waste friendly version to enjoy guilt free!
