Have you ever been to a nice Italian restaurant which serves warm bread and olive oil for dipping? Making your own dipping oils at home is really easy, and delicious with fresh baked bread!

Simply take a small shallow bowl, pour in a little olive oil (about a 1/4 inch), add some freshly ground pepper, a pinch of powdered parmesean cheese, a pinch of salt, and a small pinch of Italian seasoning if you have it. Adjust seasoning to taste, and enjoy!
