    Question Eat Less, Live Longer?

Here's an interesting article which I came across:

"The researchers running the multicenter CALERIE study are trying to determine whether restricting food intake can slow the aging process and extend our life span. "I feel better and lighter and healthier," says Apollos. "But if it could help you live longer, that would be pretty amazing."

Interesting! As I have 'matured', my appetite is not what it used to be. I have also gradually lost those elusive pounds due to eating less. I don't diet, but use moderation, especially those foods that are frowned upon (but I love). Got such a good report from my doctor yesterday that he doesn't need to see me for 6 months. Haven't been on that kind of schedule for the past 5 years. Something must be working in my favor!
Your attitude towards life defines not only who you are, but the quality of life you are after.
Conservation is a big long word for maintaining what you've worked so hard to achieve.
