After finding out that they make chocolates for Ben and Jerry's Limited Edition ice cream which they put out on Valentine's Day, I've been wanting to buy some chocolates directly from the source! Here is a recipe for pumpkin fudge, Mad. Now you can make as much as you want to eat.

Pumpkin Fudge
----------------------------------

Ingredients:
1 Cup Milk
3 Cups Sugar
3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Pumpkin NOT the pumpkin pie mix!!!
Dash Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
4 Tablespoons butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, corn syrup, pumpkin,
and salt in a large pan. Cook over medium heat
until boiling, stirring constantly. When mixture
comes to a full boil, reduce heat and simmer until
mixture comes to the softball stage. Remove from heat.
Beat in cinnamon, allspice, butter, and vanilla.
Cool, then beat until thick and mixture looses it's gloss.
Spoon into buttered dish. For a little extra touch,
try putting walnuts on the fudge before it sets

Yum, thanks for the recipe, Trudy! I was really disappointed with the purchase - lots of artificial ingredients. Should of just bought something at my local Whole Foods!

Just to follow-up: I wrote the company and gave them a polite earful regarding their "premium [...] high quality" artificial ingredients which caused me to become mildly ill and unable to enjoy my order. They wrote back, apologized, and are giving me a full refund. They're also forwarding my complaint to their safety and quality control VP. I felt that they handled my complaint well, I can't ask for much more than what they offered.
