Interested in making your own bath salts to relax those achy muscles? Mix 2 cups course sea salt (or kosher salt, or Epsom salt) with 1/4 cup baking soda, and about 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. You can also add a few drops of food or soap coloring for color, and/or about 1/2 to 1 tsp almond oil to make it more moisturizing. Mix everything together (combining everything into a zippy bag and shaking works well), and store in an air tight container. To use, add 2 or 3 Tbs to the bathwater, and enjoy!
