I figured out why I've gained weight. The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my bod says "for extra volume and body". I going to start using Dawn dish washing soap. It says "dissolves fat that is otherwise hard to remove"!

Mine says extra moisturizing, no wonder I was retaining water the other day (and here I thought, it was just too much salt)!
