Lightbulb Keeping Track of Expiration Dates

Here's a neat trick I recently read about. Expiration dates on canned good and packages can be hard to keep track of, but there's a simple way to make things easier (particularly if you have a lot on hand!). All you need is some color coded stickers. Choose a color for each year (maybe red for 2011, blue for 2012, and so forth), and then write the month of expiration on the sticker. Stick to the front of the item, and now you know when to use it by!
