Whole Foods will let you print as many copies of the coupons as you like, and most stores will let you use both a store coupon and a manufacturer's coupon on each item. Combine that with a sale, and you're good as gold!

Another helpful bit of info - Whole Foods changes which items are on sale every Wednesday, and their featured sale items are available in their flyer which they usually publish sometime Tuesday afternoon/night. They will have other items on sale too, but you need to walk around the store to find out which ones.

I've found that the items which there are store coupons for will usually also be on sale sometime during the period for which the coupons are valid. If you could use a few extra of something, but don't need it right now, it might be worth keeping an eye out for when they go on sale.
