GOOD IDEA, MAD. I'VE GOTTEN NOTES OF IRRITATION FROM SOME OF THE CLIENTS ABOUT THIS. IT'S EVEN GONE TO A PERSONAL LEVEL WHICH I BELIEVE IS INVASIVE. DO WE HAVE A BALL BAT KEY TO SMACK 'EM WITH?
