Hot Crab Dip
I made this for my Super Bowl party today, how delicious!
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise (I used aioli, but whatever you have on hand is fine)
- 2 cups shredded cheese (I used a Mexican blend, but just cheddar is fine, or even pepper jack for some extra kick)
- 12 ounces of crab meat (I used two 6 ounce cans)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (I used a packet of True Lemon and 1 1/2 Tbs of water)
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce (I used some sauce from Nandos, yum!)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
- minced garlic (to taste)
- paprika, for garnish (sprinkle it all over the top)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix everything in either a large casserole or baking dish, and then garnish with the paprika.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about half an hour, or until golden brown and bubbly.
This dip is delicious with crackers, chips, bread, panetini...
