I love word games, and the "finish this sentence" one is my favorite. I used this idea in my English class, but they had to have it referring to the previous sentence so there was continuity. It was very interesting and funny.
Then, I turned it into a story and gave it to them to keep.

Updated Rules!
To play this game, simply take the previous word, change one letter (if desired), and rearrange the other letters to form a whole new word. I'll start the first two as an example:
The first word is: place
