I have it on good authority, from several friends, that this is one of the best chocolate cake recipes out there. Now, I just need an excuse to make it, which fits into my diet!

I made it today for tomorrow's celebration of my husband and two children joining our church and the 2 kids getting baptized. I don't know if I can hold out that long. It is calling to me. The batter and icing tasted very good before the cake was cooked. Good sign, y'all.
