    Love Delicious Fruit Pancakes

I had a peach which was quickly becoming overripe, so I tried it in my pancakes, this morning. Delicious!

    What you need:

    • 1 peach
    • Pancake Mix (I used two cups of Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancakes for mine)
    • Water (1 1/2 cups for mine)

    What to do:

Remove the pit from the peach, slice or roughly chop it, and toss in a blender along with the water. Blend until fairly smooth. Add in the pancake mix, and blend until combined (but do not over mix). Cook up the pancakes as normal. Enjoy!

A similar method could be used with other types of fruit for more variety. How about some apple and cinnamon, banana, or berry pancakes?

Sounds delicious! I love pecan pancakes. Just put the pecans in a little butter & toast. Pour batter over pecans and cook as usual.
    Delicious.
